1. Stuff shoes with newspaper and cover the bottom with painters tape.

2.Paint small areas of shoe with Mod Podge using a foam paint brush.

3.Throw some glitter and make it rain…ok so don’t actually throw the glitter but sprinkle glitter over the modge podge. Try to work quickly as the modge podge will start to set.

4. Let shoes dry over night and spray 2 coats of clear coat sealer the following day.
